Something was off about the particular mascara tube I received. I’ve heard great things about this mascara , but when I got it from here it didn’t come in a box but rather in a sandwich bag and the tube itself looks like it had been sitting in a makeup bag for a few months (the metallic coating is coming off, etc) clearly not new. No matter what I di curle heated curl ,different brands, used clear or white pre-coat, my lashes looked like spikes. I liked this mascara when I used it the first 2-times.
It did not come out in gobs like some do when they are brand new.
By the 3rd or 4th time that I used it however, there was not a lot of mascara on the wand and it felt dry going on to the lashes. As someone with very fair (invisible) eyelashes, brown is such a better color for me. This is my only mascara for life.
