Benefits of marrying a military man

What happens to the benefits when a woman is married to a retired military man? What to know about getting married in the military? What are the benefits of marriage in the Army? The military can be a difficult lifestyle for a family, but it does come with some excellent benefits. Some of those are in the form of cash, and some are in the form of discounts.

Unfortunately back then I was pretty ignorant about all the military marriage benefits that came with marrying a service member.


Marrying someone enlisted in any branch of the military affords the spouse financial perks not found in the civilian worl though such a relationship also brings its own set of stressful issues. Being a military spouse is not for everyone, so you should carefully consider the benefits and disadvantages of marrying. Sadly, junior enlisted ranks have said goodbye to their summer whites, but for the rest of you, be sure to ask your spouse to stop and pick up your favorite frozen treat on the way home on a hot summer day!


Marrying anyone in the military is hard thing in the first place. You have to deal with long hours, deployments, the risk of a war zone. Some cheap women do anything for money, and just keep smart about who you date and who you marry. Deciding to marry a service member can add an extra layer of complexity. Mentally healthy people don’t enjoy bullying or being bullied.


If you are not into it yourself, you are setting yourself up for hell. The military is a cross section of our society, and just as in civilian communities, there are always promiscuous men and women, hd said. Military life is all about giving and executing orders.
