Ssi back pay every 6 months

Does anybody know whether that SSI back pay comes on a certain day of the month? I got my first installment the same week I was approved for SSI it came on the same day I got my first benefit. Now what will be counted as months when i get my next installment! Will i get it this November or December ! Pretty bad when guy at social security office tells.
