Wild measles

In true wild-type measles infection, measles IgM may be negative during the first few days of the rash and in susceptible individuals with waning immunity – an observation also reported in mumps cases (117). Testing for measles should only be considered in specific circumstances for which there is a possible exposure history to wild-type virus. The eight clades are designated A to H, with numerals to identify the individual genotypes. That information seems priceless, and strategically points to confirming how “vaccine” measles is spreading in relationship to “wild measles.

Taking note of expanding vaccine coverage around the world and reduced circulation of wild-type measles virus , the researchers concluded in a third study that “many vaccinees may eventually become susceptible to vaccine-modified measles…and consequently complicate measles control strategies.

These genotypes include A (all vaccine strains are genotype A), B B C C, D, D, D, D, D, D, D, D, D, D, G G, H and H2. Do health officials know for certain that none of those cases were, in fact, a vaccine reaction and not actual wild measles ? When an unvaccinated person gets measles , wild-type measles virus causes the infection. Scientists divide wild-type measles viruses into genetic groups called genotypes. Of known genotypes, the World Health Organization (WHO) lists genotypes that are known to currently circulate and are most commonly seen: B D D D and H1. There have been at least two reported cases of children with measles in the United States this year that have turned out not to have been wild -type measles after all.

The two cases involve children in Oakland County and Washtenaw County, Michigan. Both children had exhibited symptoms of measles and initially tested positive for the measles virus.

There is a fact rarely considered by public health officials: vaccination is not an intervention that eliminates disease exposure for individuals. Vaccination replaces wild exposure with artificial exposure, and they are not equal. We are many decades into mass vaccination campaigns,. That natural immunity can keep measles infections in check for several years.

So which measle strain did this unvaccinated “patient zero” spread to all the others? Sadly, Rockland refuses to identify the particular measle strain that destroyed the lives of 1helpless victims. SSPE is caused by wild type measles. Vaccine strain measles has never been found in the brain tissue of anyone who has ever died of SSPE. Although SSPE was first described by Dr.

Background Measles virus attenuation has been historically performed by adaptation to cell culture. The current dogma is that attenuated virus strains induce more type I IFN and are more resistant to IFN-induced protection than wild type (wt). Wild measles is a little leaner and tastes a bit gamey compared to factory farmed measles. Measles is an endemic disease, meaning it has been continually present in a community, and many people develop resistance.

In populations not exposed to measles , exposure to the new disease can be devastating. The measles vaccine introduces a lab altere live-virus through an unnatural route of exposure. This weakene man-made virus can bury deep into the tissues and create a slow infection in practically any area of the body including the gastro-intestinal (GI) tract and central nervous system (CNS).

The Bgenotype was identified in specimens from at least patients associated with this outbreak.

Bis a common measles genotype that has been identified in multiple states and countries. Additionally the vaccine measles strains infect fewer cells, and fewer types of cells, than wild-type strains do – which is desirable. Wild-type measles infection does weaken the immune system.

MMR measles-mumps-rubella vaccine, which presents complex risks and many unstudied unknowns of its own, including leaving many fully-vaccinated adults susceptible to measles. Within days after MMR vaccination, a patient may develop a disease that is comparable to infection with a wild -type measles virus. The Disease Information Statement (DIS) and Vaccine Risk Statement (VRS), which provide data on total measles cases and available information on MMR risks, allow for an informed risk-benefit calculation.
