Overall, I am pleased with MUSC as a university, but I would enjoy greater health benefits like those I have enjoyed at other medical universities such as better health care plans and greater coverage for me and my family. MUSC dental college was my worst job experience to date. There was no upper management guidance to ask for help or refer to. No handbook for employees , fellow peers ran the show and belittled others because they had been there forever and couldnt be fired!

MUSC is a great place to work if you are looking for a steady job that includes benefits. The pay is not super competitive, but the benefits help to balance the pay out. I have been satisfied working there, but in my area there is not a lot of room for advancement, being young, I have looked for alternative employment in order to advance my career.
